  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Pontillo Furniture Concepts ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States. All boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise stated in item description.  Full size jewelry boxes and fly tying boxes are shipped via UPS Ground with insurance.   Additionally, Pontillo Furniture Concepts ships merchandise to Canada and other international countries upon request.



  • Return Policy

  • All purchases from this website are subject to a 30 day return period. If an item is damaged or unsatisfactory and approved by Pontillo Furniture Concepts, we will pay for return shipping and issue a full refund.  For all other returns, the buyer must ship the item back at their expense and Pontillo Furniture Concepts will issue a refund for the amount of the original item.  Any item with one of the standard laser engraving graphics and no text can be returned.  Any items with text or any custom laser engraving are non-refundable unless item is received damaged.
